Club Changer, Football Australia’s club development program aims to protect and enhance our clubs, to make them stronger and more resilient, to lead them in building welcoming and inclusive cultures and to educate them on positive environments for players, volunteers, officials, and administrators whilst planning for long term viability and success.
Football NSW is here to act as a resource to support clubs with problem solving and to discuss problems all clubs are facing in areas including facilities, volunteerism and women and girls’ participation.
We want to encourage and foster positive conversations to share best practice and to collaborate across all levels of football, with Club Changer as the catalyst to drive positive change.
